How it works

  1. You originate. Work with any AI agent to explore what you want. Plans, massing, materials, mood. There are no wrong drawings at this stage.
  2. We edit. Your architect reads what you made, asks the questions the AI didn't, and shows you what holds up, what doesn't, and why.
  3. We shepherd. Zoning, code, structure, consultants, permits, bidding, construction. Full services, dialed up or down as the project needs.

Who authors what

You author the idea and the intent. Your architect authors the building. Every drawing we issue is reviewed and sealed by a licensed architect in responsible control of the work. That is what makes your idea something a city will permit and a builder will price.
